AdminCP -> vBa CMPS -> Quick permission editor.

When I try to login to AdminCP it kicks me back to site login page.

That's what it looks like since no matter where you go, besides seing the login box, you also have the vba copyright in the footer of all pages.
See about re-uploading your stock index.php to your {root}/forums folder.

If it is a cookie issue, which at the moment I doubt, then upload & run the tools.php file from your do_not_upload folder which was included when you first downloaded vb.

Sorry but none of this worked either. Dangit I guess I'm going to have to do a complete reinstall
