I'm wondering if there is a mod out there for this already...

I would like to be able to have a forum/category that only I can start threads in. Then, the first post of each of those threads is sent (either RSS, or XML, or Javascript) to be a news item on my main site?

So I would post a new thread...
Title: This is the news article title
Post 1: This is the news article's content, with html for images, etc.

Other people could post to the thread for responses.

But the first post of the thread can be sent to my news.aspx page on my main site as my main news story. It would also be great to have past news stories (or threads) send their content as well.

Is there anything like this?
