Well here its illegal to drive without a proffesional driving instructor in the case you dont have a drivers license.

But in the country side alot of teens drive, cause they drive tractors from when they are
tall enough to reach the pedals from the seat, so driving is natural.

Other wiser teens dont drive until 18, and when they do, its with a instructor ONLY.
im not saying people arent breaking the law, ofcourse some do. but they dont count.

Its common for parent to "give" a drivers license in 18years old birthday gift
and a common price is around 10.000-12.000Dkkr which is around
1.690 - 2.028 USD $.

But by the time of 18, many often have a job, beside thier study's and earn
their own money.

And ofcourse theres the military, got all my licenses from the army
some 15 years ago, but now a days, only those staying in the army after
to forced period gets drivers license.
