Either find her a mate and deal with the kittens every six months or get her fixed. Having her spayed is the better solution in the long run. Both for your sanity and the cat's health. Once in season, cats really don't go out of season until they get pregnant. There will be a week or two of quiet here and there but its not a real respite.
If you live in the United States, call the local animal rescues and ask for information about spay and neuter clinics in the area. Usually you can find places that offer them inexpensively. You might even be able to find a free clinic that does this. Where I live it costs $35.00 to have a cat spayed if she is out of season... $45 if she is in season.
