What i meant by iframe is a scrollable frame which you can insert to another webpage by which members will be able to view a selected webpage or part of a site something similar to the picture below

You can set the size of the Frame or have it spanning 100% the width of your site.

Not sure if that would help but i was asked to do something similar with a website review forum.
