Some user reported this problem since the ibproarcade upgrade.

Have you updated the ibproarcade files after the upgrade ?

Yes you can do all permissions you want

Well up to you to wait or not. New version should be available by the end of the weekend or at the beginning of the week.

You have nothing perhaps but as there might be plugins for notifications (like the one for ibproarcade available with the Branding Free version) I can't know wether or not I should show the right column.

To avoid this problem, disable chats/notifications separation.
