Yes, that would be one option

(although people do seem to have difficulties with doing even simple things like posting a new thread). Bear in mind that many of my users would not know how to do this, even when given detailed instructions.

I thought there might be a simple way of lengthening the field size somewhere? (i.e. changing a number somewhere in the phrases or similar)
