Lasto, I think you are referring to the Premium product here. The Premium Product is 100% supported on www.provb.org for obvious reasons (we can't support premium products on vb.org of course). No ticket goes unread there, check it out for yourself

I check here on the free version every-so-often to make sure things are still in order. But even then, Premium support can only be given on ProvB. This thread is only for the Light product.
