It happens to me too on your site in Safari. However, I am just fine on vb.com using Safari. I'd guess it is something with your style. Try this -

Create a new style with no parent - Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style > no parent - set it as selectable by users and then have your users browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - does he still have the same problem?
