The first error is caused by a modification. The script it is linking to looks to be the Javascript used by Dreamweaver to "bypass" the "Click to Activate This Object" protection in IE.

As for the second error, the function that is used to cause the error is not even used inside that file. Reupload a copy of this file from the vBulletin zip.
