One Idea: Would be Nice if you can Set an Option to Not Send PMs to Specified Usergroups; I think in case of Banned SPAMMERS is a Waste of PMs to Send them a PM notifying them about SPAM Threads/Posts Deleted, and if they've posted too many Posts/Threads then one PM per Thread/Post would be a Unnecessary Server Load.

Other Idea: If a Thread/Post is Deleted then perhaps wouldn't be Necessary to Send a PM to the User if that Post/Thread is Moved; perhaps would be nice to Provide a Yes/No Option on the Mod's Options for Admins to decide if they wish to Send PMs in this Cases.
