Because it's the contents of the forums folder in the upload folder that your supposed to upload to your forum. See how everything in the forums folder is structured just like your vB folders are structured? You don't just add the upload folder.

This is what your instructions say:

Upload the contents of the forums folder into your forums directory

So what you're saying is that I need to individually match each subfolder under forums and drag that folder from your side. I thought that all you had to do was just grab the entire upload folder and copy it to the forums folder. I thought that the other folders would automatically go to their other like subfolders. I hope that made sense. :erm:

At any rate, I will try it again when I get home, transferring one folder at a time.
