yes same way i understod it.
Meaning each connecting user is = 1 more registrant/member on your vb.

just tryed adding myself on some of the boards in this post marked
as installed. worked like a charm, and i was in vb as lastest member.
so i guess it BOOSTs registrators..

just hope spambots dont have facebook accounts.
