Yes I agree, the host should figure this out.

I have complained about this to the host for 2 months, but they refuse to take the issue seriously. Just pretend that all is well.

It is Resellerzoom run by Hostingzoom, they are supposed to be good, but they have really let me down on this.

I am forced to look for another host I guess.
