can this be made in such a way that it checks all the posts in a thread ?

For eg. if a thread consists of two posts with links in them, i would like it to check the two posts. If post 1 links have expired, i want it to delete only that post (or move) not the entire thread.

is this possible to code? may be an option to check all posts or only the first post would be awesome
