To all -

Thank you in advance for your help concerning this matter. Please do not reply "just upgrade" as it is not an option for me. This pains me too.

I have set default avatars for my usergroups (based upon # of posts). I have also allowed users to upload custom avatars if they wish.

When a user posts, they get the "new user" default icon until they make 15 more posts. However, if they choose to upload a custom avatar, when they post, BOTH the default and their uploaded custom avatar show up.

I would like to not show the default avatars if the user has their own custom avatar. I would still like to retain the default avatars for other users without custom avatars.

Is there a way to manage this?
