I have been looking for a hack similar to this for years, one that actually works

As mentioned the ideal way for this to work is that users enter a forum and upon on their first visit are met with a a series of rules specific to that forum.

My forums are all about TV but we have a very heated and argumentative Politics forum that really needs a specific set of rules.
