I have been trying to create that very idea for some time.
I want to have 1 specific forum that members will fill out a form when they are creating a Thread in that forum. This will be the only way they can post in that forum.(Fist Post) I am also using Chief First Post for that forum. I will share with you what I did, once & if I get it to function the way I want.
