vb.org Archive - View Single Post - IP "flagging". Can vBulletin do this?

Hi everyone,
I am part of the team that runs a forum on Vbulletin 3.7.4
As with every forum we sometimes have to ban users only to have some of these banned users try to get back in with different nicknames.
When we think a new user is just a clone of a banned one we run an IP search and figure it out.
It works but it's slow, time consuming and not proactive.
Is there a way to get vBulletin to notify the administrator or the moderators when an IP identical to the one of a banned user is used again after he/she has been banned?
