I downloaded the pack to check the PSD. You'll have to either transfer the smilies to their own psd with a set sized canvas and save them individually to the format of your choice. Or slice the psd and then save which is the more efficient method.

@cams - I think you would be best slicing the psd so the smilies can all be saved out through a one click save process. This way, the people who aren't savy can save by clicking the button once.

Probably be best to save each smiley in gif and/or png format for the users who haven't the knowledge in using photoshop or any editor supporting psds.
