Well currently no but you are able to ignore some users.

Anyway this could be an added feature for a next version, I am putting this in the todo list.

Well it's not a bug at all ... It just a problem of correctly reading the instructions.

You can't consider something as a bug if you don't follow the path.

Let me explain why this happen if you don't remove the files prior to the chatbox uninstall.

Well basically vBulletin automatically retrieves the usergroup permissions fields from xml files located in the includes/xml directory. But in order for these fields to be updated when saving, you have to have added a field in the mySQL usergroup table corresponding to them.

So if you remove my product this table will not be there anymore but due to the file being still present the fields appear in the usergroup permission page.

I was in holidays when upgrading the Chatbox to 2.1.0 and it was working very well. Now that I'm back at my home, where my Internet connection is quite slower than where I was before, now my ChatBox is only loading and loading without being able to see anything on it.

I also asked some people on my site and everybody who have a 56k connection have the same problem than mine.

All the other users don't have problem.

I have to mention that we've tried everything. Cleared cookies, cleared cache, refreshed pages many times, tried other browsers, other computers and still nothing.

Is there a way to resolve that?

P.S Using branding free version.

Well I didn't thought users were still using those slow 56k connections anymore

Try having a higher refresh rate to see if the issue is a problem of loading the chats before the next loading happens.
