I can't import the language in 3.8.0?

Well you have to carefully follow the install instructions, you are not supposed to create a new language but import over the existing one

Images shall be uploaded in all the misc directories of your styles.

If you have BBcode off and you klick save in the usercp options, the Shoutbox is off and cannot be activate again. It set themself to off.

And if BBcode on, all users can use BBcode, it don't accept the userpermission.
