Maybe the motivation you need isfor them as it's so easy to let one month pass by and before you know it it's two years later and your appearing on some discovery channel documentary or playing the part in the latest ghostbusters move as the marshmallow woman going out for revenge on those that deliver your pizzas.
In anycase, If your happy with your body then fair play to you if it's affecting your health do something about it. If not, Find that motivation you need. Damnit, I knew I shouldn't have listened to obama, his speech has rubbed off on me.
