No, download the mod and you will see. He has several of his own hacks included in the mod that isn't a part of the mod. They are other hacks that he installed. SO, either you have to edit them out or have crap showing up that you don't need. That is unless you have all the others installed that he just happens to have installed.
This wouldn't be bad if he took a standard template and modified it. The way it sits you have to first remove all of the code from the other hacks that you aren't going to use and then add your own template changes.
