I dont know, there are lots of variables.

How many modifications?
What do those visitors do while there?
Is your server optimized?
Do you run anything other than vBulletin?

That error tells you 1 thing. Your MySQL is out of allowed memory

Solutions: Optimize Server/MySQL, Remove modifications/plugins, Throw more RAM and get the same error in a few weeks probably
