I am sooo new to vbulletin, so please excuse my ignorance.

I have a military information site. Most (like 99%) is just normally helping people. However, being a military guy, we love a dirty joke now and then. However, I do not want any kids under 18 to see them, nor do I want some older, Ned Flanders types (the Simpsons) to see them either.
So how do I do it? I saw a hack for limiting ages but it was for Vbulletin 3.6. And that one won't help be to limit the older people out.

I was thinking of having a user group that you must join, but I cannot understand the 3.7.4 Patch 1 manual.
Any suggestions?
