However wouldn't it be great to make something up like this ourselves, perhaps advertise another site that we own or even have a whole page of banners which you could sell to other like minded individuals and businesses.

Here in the UK i use Buy.at and they have SKY Broadcasting on their books, I could set up a page on the benefits of SKY satelite, and get myself ?80 for every member that signs up via my link, another month i may do a page on Insurance and fill it up with Insurance company banners, Getting a member signing up makes me ?50-?75 dependant on what kind of insurance they have.

To me this is a far more profitable way, than adbrite, adsense etc.

Buy doing this ourselves we can control the type and rotation of the ads, Be it weekly or monthly.

The general idea in the end is to make maxium profit in the shortest space of time.
