I used auto-template by follow replacements for global zones, please check these.

On headinclude template:

Code:

search $style[css] and replace with fit template.

On header template:

Code:

search <!-- logo --> and replace with fit template.

So, please ensure that these parameters are exists on headinclude and header templates on your style.
