Default Help with blocked IP addresses
I've been getting complaints from people who say their IP addresses are blocked. I have not blocked them in the banning option or by any other method. Anyone have any idea why this is happening? They all seem to be from Australia, if that's any help.

Is there any way I can get them onto my site?
