It was pure luck i came accross it, being totally free i just had to share

using conditions you could make it viewable to a certain member, and the great thing about it is that you get the chance to make two admins, one can be on the forumhome welcoming new members and telling them to join, the second could be used to give personal messages to members, be it an announcement or even a warning
