Nasa are selling off x2 space shuttles, you can go a long way on a full tank of fuel and a cargo bay to hold say... quite a few people.

Paying taxes and the Space Shuttles have nothing to do with closing the POW facility at Guantanamo Bay. The UK has plenty of taxes just like the US, but we're not talking about that are we.
