Your HTML is outdated.

There are various <center> tags as well as <font> which are both devalued. Browsers do not have to support these tags.

I believe you'll be able to fix at least the name in your usergroup templates. There is a <span> applied before and after the username, in the span add 'style="width:100%; text-align: center"' which should give it a slightly more up to date format.
