I recently became admin of a vB 3.7 forum, which had had a lot of custom-hacked templates left over from 3.6. I had to go in and manually add tagging back in, and it seems to work--for most people.

Some people, though, see red Xs in place of tags on the threadbit. Is this a common problem? Do you know what can cause it?
