This style is in the 3.8 section, meaning it's 3.8 compatable.

The logo template is pretty basic, should create your own logo, that's a no-brainer, it really doesn't take that long to do

The button PSD's would be great, or at least a post_thanks.gif for the thank you hack.

All in all, this theme looks great, and works wonderfully, the only thing really missing is the button psd.
