... i first thought Carey was asking us to stop spamming the UK... lol...

content control in Europe is less known than the one in the USA... here in Quebec, we are protected by laws, our governments can be sued if they do such a thing. the only capability they have to avoid spaming and piracy is to lower the bandwidth for high-end clients... as the softwares/games are bigger every day, if you have less speed to download them, you will abandon -- their philosophy... lol
