Hi everyone, Happy New Year and I hope you had a nice Christmas.

Is it possible to make a sticky thread or announcement appear at the top of all boards without having to type it out in all boards individually?

If not using vbulletin software, then if someone could point me in the direction of a mod that would be great.

I'm using the latest version.
