I own an hebrew talking forum, all of my forum title's/names are in hebrew.

Latley, i started to expand to the english community, I am looking for something that can let me change forum names for each language of there's something like that even exsist.

What i mean is,
When using the language Hebrew, it will show the forum name in hebrew
And when using the english language it will show all the forum names in english
like:
Community Discussions (lang1) \ CCommunity DDiscussions (lang2)

Any ideas?
