Love this mod, but it is creating some confusion.

I get it that If the thread has 18 positive votes, and a person gives a negative vote the vote score = 17

So can we change the system as such. Obvious from the graphics I have produced in thread view.

The second graphic with thumb up and thumb down is what I want to achieve. But does involve changes to code, can you help please.
