That answers some of my questions.. but i am more interested in how they work on vB.

I see a Podcast tab in my AdminCP, but not sure if i can just upload anyones podcast from anywhere, or do i need to create the podcast myself, or what.
And can it be updated automatically, or would i need to post a new one in a new thread myself.?

I'd like to have a thread for each podcast, and have it post like an rss feed automatically.
If it can work that way, i think it will work great for my site.
