Well, you may use a GIF image called pincopallino.gif and avoid names and labels which are automatically banned from AdBlockPlus. The replaced HTML is absolutely neutral and can't be identified. Unless of course you are using scripts which are recognized. In that case you may try to encode the contents, but a clever blocking script gets around that, too.
