Would you consider doing more to this concept combining your other works:

Would like something similar to what PHPBBDE has that allows admins -- and others CP set, to make any post a Sticky, Announcement-- shows in that thread first or Global announcement - shows in all threads first!

Would want it seperated simlar to the sticky seperator code published here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=165550

And wish it settable in thread type somthing like: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=178331

I THINK I wish Announcements and Global announcments to be open and shown and not have to click to open them.
