Downloaded it, entered the url for the gif banner and it does not show up, if I choose Left, right or center.

If I choose always open to the right of the header, and click right for where I want it, a nice blank white box opens up to the right of my flash header/logo but NOT the banner.

What gives? From reading the posts, the programmer seems like a cool dude, I can't figure out what is wrong

It looks like a nice control panel in my Admin account though.
