Mark forum Read & View Forum Leaders link not visible

Hello,

In the homepage of forum there are 2 links towards the end of the forumbit.One is Mark forum read and other is View Forum Leaders. But they are not visible on my forum.Can anyone help me to make that visible on homepage.
