i crate site map after that i recive Database error

Database error
and when i add site map in google i recive again erro from google in status:Errors

We were unable to read your Sitemap. It may contain an entry we are unable to recognize. Please validate your Sitemap before resubmitting

what can i do for resolve this problem ?
