i tryed to set my config.php with the address as it is above but for my site. dont think i got it right. tryed 10 different ways. i just get a blank page so i think my config is wrong not sure how it is supposed to look.

and everytime i upload the xml file i get a database error below
i have noooo idea what to do. any suggestions? thanks
