Simple:
No one under 13 is allowed.
If they are under 13, then they have their parents birthday and email.
As most of them members here on members on other sites I go, we can usually tell.

We dont have a huge issue with people lying about their age. With our near 300 members, we only had like..2 or 3 that lied.
