I've changed the initial menu to a Alphabetical "A-Z" type listing.

That shortened the list considerably until I can find a better format.

Perhaps the Mod you suggest will work for me.

Well, after letting it sit for awhile and re-examining the initial menu, I've decided that it's actually better the way it was. The bots will find the city names instead of a list of A-Z junk. I'll continue to look for a better method, but for now, the alphabetical listing will have to work.
