Can't seem to find this anywhere...

In the instructions (which could really be made a lot more simpler

) you are asked to add some code to the Header. Which "header" template, I can't find it? We are also asked to add things to the Footer template...where exactly are they? :/ The rest of the instructions are fine, I just can't find where I'm supposed to put those two.

ie. Admincp > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Edit Templates > ? > ?

Help is appreciated.
