What part of the vBulletin code detects smileys? I need to find it and edit it so that the characters A-Z are case desensitized... Or does anyone know a good way to do this without mucking about in important code? I couldn't find any sort of modification for it, sadly.

Before anyone mentions adding all the smileys in duplicate, it has been mentioned. A good amount.
