Sure, edit the template editor_toolbar_on:
Find:

			<if condition="$vBeditTemplate['extrabuttons'] != '' ">
				<td><img src="$stylevar[imgdir_editor]/separator.gif" width="6" height="20" alt="" /></td>	
				$vBeditTemplate[extrabuttons]
			</if>

Remove it, then find:

				<td><div class="imagebutton" id="{$editorid}_cmd_redo"><img src="$stylevar[imgdir_editor]/redo.gif" width="21" height="20" alt="$vbphrase[redo]" /></div></td>

Below add:

			<if condition="$vBeditTemplate['extrabuttons'] != '' ">
				<td><img src="$stylevar[imgdir_editor]/separator.gif" width="6" height="20" alt="" /></td>	
				$vBeditTemplate[extrabuttons]
			</if>

Save, and it should work. Unfortunately there's no way to do it without editing the template manually.
